Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for dissatisfied workers to stay in the wrong job for far too long. The mere thought of going through a recruitment process is enough to put anyone off applying for a new position. Often, the worst part about these procedures is how little information you have about them to begin with.

At Rainbow, we don’t believe in keeping people in the dark. On the contrary, we want potential franchisees to understand exactly what our recruitment process involves from start to finish. After all, the more information we put out there, the higher the number of suitable candidates that come knocking at our door.

Reaching out

All you need to do to get the Rainbow recruitment process rolling is make an inquiry by heading over to the Next Steps section on our website.

Here, you can book a call to speak to one of our representatives, who’ll outline the company in greater detail before requesting a copy of your CV. You’ll also be sent a link to a profiling questionnaire.

All this information will tell us whether you have the skillset and experience required to be a perfect (potential!) match for Rainbow.

Getting acquainted

If you’ve got the goods on paper, we’ll arrange to meet up with you in person – at a time and place that suits you.

We’re happy to swing by your home or meet you in a local restaurant or café. What’s important at this stage is that you feel completely comfortable. We want to see the real you, and being in the right environment is the best way to bring that authenticity out.

Discovering more

If the meeting goes well and we get along like a proverbial house on fire, you’ll be invited in for a Rainbow Discovery Day at our headquarters in Mansfield.

You’ll remember this date for a long time, as you’re walked through the building and introduced to a fantastic support team and your fellow partners. You’ll also be given an insightful information pack that tells you what to expect during your first few weeks as a Rainbow franchisee, including building a business plan (we’ll support you with this every step of the way).

There’s a lot to learn and take in, but if you’ve gotten this far, we just know you’re going to love it.

After discovering what Rainbow is really all about, we’ll take you to meet the directors of the company. They will be happy to answer any queries you may have about your venture, and are likely to ask a few questions themselves about where you see your franchise heading and how you’re going to take it there.

It’s a thrilling experience that’s sure to whet your appetite for a career in franchising.

If you like what you see and hear during your full introduction to Rainbow and your application is approved, we’ll put down the money for your very own area and offer you a Franchisee Agreement. If you and your lawyer are satisfied with all the terms and conditions, simply add your signature and you’re good to go!
