The best franchise opportunities ensure you’re making the right move. A specialist cleaning and restoration business needs a leader who’s capable and prepared for the challenge. Rainbow make certain that you reach that level, equipping you with everything you need to know about our brand, your franchise training and the territory investment itself, so there’s no stumbling block…

 To assist your bid to become a franchisee, we’ll take you through a nine-step process. We’ll focus on your background, aims and specialisms, before arranging meetings with the right people, as well as unveiling some finance options when you’re close to buying a franchise. Once your application is approved, you’ll embark on a five-week training course at our Mansfield HQ.

This is important to us, because starting a franchise is a life-changing decision. We want you to really understand the business, the communities you’ll be serving, and how to make a strong profit with a team that has your back. It may sound tough. But the more we inform your decision, as well as ours, the likelier we are to both agree that we’re a perfect fit for each other.

The Rainbow International Franchising Process

1. Apply

Book a call with us with some basic details – like a phone number, and a date and time that suits you – before our recruitment team gets in touch.

2. Getting to know you

Talk to Rainbow International for the first time. We will ask some preliminary things, mapping out your goals and professional history.

3. A match on paper

Send your latest CV through to us, outlining your skills as a prospective franchisee. Then wait for a link to our questionnaire, which will test you for the traits we like to see.

4. Informal meeting

Get to know the face behind a small business franchise. This step involves meeting in person over a tea or coffee, so you can get the answers to any questions you may have.

5. Discovery day

See what makes Rainbow function behind the scenes. You’ll get a tour of our central office in Mansfield, before saying “hello” to the franchise support team.

6. Building blocks for success

We’ll make sure you get helpful insight and advice from our franchise partners as you formulate a small business franchise plan, front to back.

7. Meet the directors

Eventually, you’ll sit down with the most senior figures in our company, explaining what you’re going to bring to Rainbow. Then it’s crunch time for both parties.

8. Claiming your area

If your application has the go-ahead, we’ll ask you to place a deposit on your territory to secure it. We recommend using a lawyer to review the Franchise Agreement we issue at this stage.

9. Signed, sealed , delivered

Sign the Agreement. Receive confirmation of the funds you’ve given us. Pay the remainder of the franchise fee. There – it’s all done!

You’re ready to start the five-week course, then find a venue, workforce and equipment for your franchise business. Over the first 100 days, we’ll fast-track your success. Your Franchise Consultant will work with you on an ongoing basis to maximise the potential of your franchise…
