Our franchise owners are responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day operations within their territory. Strong managerial skills and commercial awareness are therefore key.

You must have the ability to drive sales and maintain a high standard of service delivery, to source self-generated work and deliver business growth. You might not have experience in cleaning and restoration. But if you’re a motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record, we’re looking for people like you.

We value our relationship with Rainbow partners, which is why we take the time to get to know you and your goals. It all starts with an informal chat over a cuppa, before inviting you along to a Discovery Day at our Mansfield headquarters.

If you decide you’d like to invest, our team will help you build a business plan ahead of your meeting with the Directors. Your application will be reviewed and, if you’re successful, contracts and funds settled.
